Cardigan, not a very good photo:

Beret, from the pattern "Twisted pentangle":
My cold seem to have worked its way down into the chest and I'm very weak. I went to a GP last week and he said that he couldn't hear anything from the lungs and that's good of course, but I need something against the cough and also a paper from him saying that I could stay home from work, because I can't work now. But there was something about him that made me feel brushed off and I didn't say anything. It is hard to get a doctor to realize that if you already have two serious diseases it takes longer time to get well than if you're otherwise healthy. If it wasn't for the will power that those of us with chronic diseases get I would work much less than I do, but I've learned to constantly push myself to the limit. Which of course is one of the reasons that I got Graves' disease. Stress and trauma is a common cause for this, especially if you already have an autoimmune disease.
But, to get back to the situation right now, I don't feel well at all and cough until I almost throw up. I managed to grade a few tests yesterday and will continue today, but otherwise I mainly sit and knit, or lie down when I can't sit, and re-read "Sagan om Isfolket" a Norwegian bodice ripper series with withcraft and stuff from the 80s.
I've made a cardigan, a cap and a beret. All in wool yarn. Yesterday I started on another beret, but since I read the chart the wrong way I think that I will unravel what I've made and start again, because it's tricky to remember to compensate all the time in the rather intricate cable pattern.
All these project include cables, something I haven't made before (except the owls, which was my first attempt). Patterns for cardigans are made by Anna and/or I improvise, and the beret patterns I get from Ravelry.
In the middle photo you also see the kind of granny nightie that I wear - I doubt if anyone else under 80 wears them.
